Depending upon the level of selected finishes and options; as much as 85% of the work may be completed in the factory.

While under construction in the factory, the modular components undergo stringent quality control inspections at each stage of the process and receive code compliance inspections & certification. Upon completion, the modular sections are then transported to your home site where they are assembled, usually in one or two days, protecting them from the elements. As a consequence, the negative impact of adverse weather on building materials and the construction schedule is but a fraction of what is typically expected in conventional construction.

Following delivery and assembly of the components on the foundation, our team of highly trained skilled specialists, finish the home to your specification. Typically, the entire process is completed in a considerably shorter duration than that of “stick built house.
