Why Build Modular?

•  The factory uses only the finest building materials purchased in bulk, a saving passed on to our clients. All supplies are inspected upon arrival and stored indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
   
•  Modular building is more environmentally friendly. Materials are ordered specifically for each project and there is less waste-- only 1.5% per home! Homes are more tightly constructed and energy efficient than traditional stick-frame houses.
   
•  Building time is shorter and saves the customer money. Once “on line,” a modular home can be built in a week or two. There are no weather delays or storm damage. The modules are built extra strong, to withstand the rigors of highway transportation.
   
•  Building modular offers unsurpassed convenience. From start to finish the process is streamlined. Once built, most modular homes can be set in a day or two and finish work can begin immediately.

Our Commitment

After you’ve finalized the design of your home, we will contract with the factory to manufacture it. F. De Andrade Construction Company will also clear the site, obtain permits, provide for well drilling and septic installation, excavate and pour the foundation and oversee the setting of the modules.

Once the home has been set, we will then assign our modular experienced plumbers, electricians and carpenters to finish the house. A representative of F. De Andrade Construction Company will monitor all subcontractors and be on-site daily to address any concerns and ensure the highest quality of workmanship. Upon completion Fernando will walk-through with you to address any final details.
